Assisted Living Program

The Plaza’s Assisted Living program has been designed to foster and promote each resident’s autonomy and dignity.  Residents will be able to continue their independent lifestyle while also having access to care.  A nurturing and trained professional staff will provide assistance with activities of daily living.  Residents and their loved ones will be granted peace of mind knowing that at The Plaza, our compassionate staff will care for all residents as their own family.
